General: Caused by fungus Coccidioides immitis.
Ocular: Conjunctivitis; choroiditis; uveitis; retinal hemorrhages; vitreal opacity; vitreal floaters; episcleritis; hypopyon; granulomatous lesion of optic nerve head; paralysis of sixth cranial nerve; secondary glaucoma; papilledema; mutton fat keratitic precipitates; necrotizing granulomatous conjunctivitis; iridocyclitis.
Clinical: Mild respiratory illness; cavity lung lesion.
