Posterior Iris Chafing Syndrome
General: Complication following intraocula 515g65f r lens imtation attributed to sulcus-fixed posterior chamber lenses, decentration of the lens, traumatic insertion, movement of the lens during dilation and constriction of the pupil, or difficulty with positioning of the lens.
Ocular: Iris transillumination defects; recurrent microhyphemas; pigment dispersion glaucoma; pigment deposition in trabecular meshwork; iris pigment atrophy.
